Corbrook: Life Skills
“Life Skills” encompass many of the tasks that we do throughout our day. Improving our ability to complete these tasks helps us to lead healthier, happier and more independent lives! In our first series of sessions we will focus on hygiene. Last session we discussed the physical benefits of bathing but a shower can refresh our minds too. In this session we will discuss, share and explore the benefits to our mental health when we bathe. “We take a shower to think in the morning and we take a shower to sleep at night.”
