Corbrook: Mindfulness and Meditation

With the “visualization” technique, you’ll learn to create and maintain a relaxed focus. In practicing this technique, we not only get to observe the mind, but we also get to focus on any physical sensations. In this workshop you will have the opportunity to practice “visualization” with a guided meditation, and you will leave with an idea of how it can be integrated into your day-to-day life.
