Corbrook: Mindfulness and Meditation
With the “body scan” technique, you’ll learn to use meditation to connect with your body. This technique involves scanning your body from head to toe and being aware of any discomfort, sensations, or aches that exist (which could be indicators of stress and anxiety). In this workshop you will have the opportunity to practice a “body scan” with a guided meditation, and you will leave with an idea of how it can be integrated
into your day-to-day life.
