The Sol Express Performance Arts Stream consists of individuals with a passion for performance. Participating artists develop skills, consult with professionals, and explore the creative process through movement, voice, music, theatre and dance. (Mondays and Tuesdays)
The Sol Express Creative Arts day encourages creative expression through various artistic methods and techniques. The program is structured around visual arts and can extend to music, movement, storytelling, and multi-media works. (Wednesdays)
The Sol Express Creative Expression day engages individuals looking to expand their creativity. The day consists of one or more of the following: rhythm, music, storytelling, movement, and art projects. (Thursdays)
The Sol Express Studio day is a time to deepen and grow as an artist. We will support you to name your goals, to create a personal work plan to achieve those goals, to broaden your network with other artists and to help you find artistic opportunities. This day is great for those who have begun a path in the arts, are open to support yet able to work independently, and want to go further in their artistic discipline whether it is fine arts, dance, theatre, photography or design. (Fridays)

L’Arche Toronto’s Trying It on For Size (TIFS) program is an innovative well rounded approach to exploring how to live independently. Through a person-centered curriculum and experiential learning, participants increase their confidence and their capacity to discover their own places of belonging.
